He received his degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering from the University of Navarra (TECNUN) in 2014. In 2016 he obtained his MSc degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. His Master’s Thesis was carried out in CAF I+D and it was focused in validation process of GNSS positioning technology in railway environment.
He joined the Mobility Research Group in the Deusto Institute of Technology (DeustoTech) in 2017 where he is working on his PhD under the supervision of Dr. Alfonso Bahillo Martinez.
His main research line is the development of data fusion algorithms for railway odometry. His work is focused in multisensor data (Wheel speed sensor, IMU, GNSS, Balise) and its integration in train localization system for safety critical applications.
