The TIMON project attended its first Mid Term Review meeting on 9^th February, 2017. The partners presented a general overview of the project and the main tasks performed and outcomes obtained on each of the Work packages. During the meeting, the European Commission provided their feedback in order to improve several aspects of the on-going project.

TIMON is facing now the 2^nd milestone of the project where the main enabling technologies (data acquisition system, artificial intelligence, GNSS positioning system and the hybrid vehicular communications) will be ready for the integration in the cloud with the open platform and the mobile application.

The TIMON project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 636220
