Florian finished his MSc studies in Electrical Engineering and Sound Engineering at the University of Technology Graz (Austria) in July 2018. His master’s thesis discussed the development of new method for extracting decay times from a given Energy Decay Curve and thus presents an interdisciplinary work between the fields of room acoustics and signal processing.
Previous to that he obtained his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Sound Engineering and finished two BA studies in music and music education at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz.
Since September 2018 he is a member of Deustotech’s Mobility research unit focussing on RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) and its growing importance in the field of wireless sensing.
